As a result of taking the 18-month Apostolic School of Ministry Certificate Program, I was able to make a mental transition into Christian leadership. The school taught me the essentials for being an effective leader in these changing times. Key learning points that benefited me include remaining teachable, becoming task-oriented, and being a problem solver for the body of Christ.

The classes helped me to exemplify what the Bible says in Romans 12:1-2, “I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”

From learning about the apostolic and prophetic ministry to spiritual warfare and intercessory prayer, the school has equipped me for both ministry and life. The Apostolic School of Ministry is worth attending because it makes you take a deeper look at who you are becoming in the Lord. The classes help birth your purpose. If we don't spiritually die to self, then we will not be able to grow spiritually. The school helped me to realize that by holding onto me, I was keeping myself at a standstill spiritually. Just like a rubber band, if I allow myself to stay the same and don't allow myself to stretch in ways that I can, then how will I grow and lead.

The classes take you through the process of growing if you allow yourself to be open and willing to receive. In the book of Hosea 4:6 it says, "My people perish from a lack of knowledge.” I want all God has for me, even if it means stripping away the dead man and making me new. Cutting and pruning me in the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is a vital part of the process. The Apostolic School of Ministry allows for all of this and more.

Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 course helped me to breakdown the steps it takes to become an effective leader. In this course, I learned the 5 levels of leadership which have been crucial to my development and growth as a leader. I also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of influence and problem-solving when leading others. The problem-solving strategies taught me how to approach conflicts and situations more effectively. This course is a great tool and resource for leaders who are looking to grow and improve their leadership abilities.

The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth mastermind course has assisted in my personal growth. The Law of Reflection helped me to see the value in myself and others. I began to understand the importance of pausing to reflect on my overall wellness and the areas in which I need to grow. The Law of Awareness showed me how to become more aware of weaknesses and areas of improvement needed within myself. This course is great for anyone who needs personal development to grow and become more effective in their leadership.

Overall, I have really enjoyed taking these courses. Apostle Rhonda uses examples of her firsthand experiences to give the class a greater understanding of the laws and principles. My takeaways from these mastermind courses are I have personally grown and continue to grow as a leader. I have grown to hate the things of the flesh even the more. And I now see the value in investing in my personal growth. I highly recommend these courses to all leaders and aspiring leaders.

Several months ago, I was invited to Tea Time with the Apostle: Girl Talk for Christian Leadership. Excited to attend, I had no idea that I would meet the nicest group of ladies that pull together to help each other. Being accepted into this group taught me that we all have moments of feeling the need to talk with someone. And by talking, we can find solutions to our problems. God gives us strength when in need and answers prayers.

Apostle Rhonda and her Tea Time ladies are there for that extra boost. Minister Kathy feeds our physical bodies with delicious food, Apostle Rhonda feeds our mind and soul with scripture and biblical teachings, and the ladies feed our hearts with love and understanding.
